As a member of the Global Support team, the Customer Support Engineer responsible to provide high-quality support services and customer management both to customers and prospects. Cellocator’s Customer Support Engineer are challenged with BI and DB analysis over cloud infrastructure (IaaS) along with advanced technologies at Cellular/HW/Automotive. As part of the main role you will require to be part of Pre-Sale activities with company’s potential customers and unique global projects, represent the customers internally to relevant departments (Sales, R&D, Product management, operation), Influence the product’s features and roadmap and act to improve world-wide colleague’s expertise.

The system integration and Technical Support engineer will be responsible for assembly, debug, troubleshooting and final tests design and execution for advanced medical systems. This position requires very good technical background (Mechanics & Electronics), self-learning capability , analytical skills, professional judgment and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
§ Certified PE /engineer (electronics, mechanics, optics) or any other related field. § At least 5 years of experience as field service engineer or tech support in large multi-disciplinary systems. Experience in medical multi-disciplinary systems - advantage. § Troubleshooting, debugging and root cause analysis skills. § Experience in R&D and start-up working environment. § Proven ability for self-learning, prioritize tasks and work independently § Follow procedures and work under QAS (Quality Assurance System) § Flexibility to work on shifts/overtime/stand-by/on-call/holidays when required. § Proficient English level § Ability to travel on demand, as required .
