Manage the Quality functions and Policy in the company.
Develop and implement quality management policy and plans.
Establishes the quality goals and quality metrics for the company
Develop and maintain processes, standards and measurements.
Interface with customers and suppliers where necessary (where impacting/affected by quality issues)
Monitor customer feedback and corrective actions, and make improvements to adjust the quality systems based on this feedback.
Proven experience of > 7 years as QA manager in High Tech / Hardware / Software environment.
Experience handling quality issues in house and at Subcontractors,
Experience with processes related to Engineering, HW assembly and testing
Experienced in Failure analysis ,Corrective Actions and Continuous improvement Methods
Ability to lead a small team of QC people.
