A leading vendor in the growing TSP market with world-wide customers and partnerships is looking for a Post Sale Engineer. As a member of the Global Support team, the Post Sale Engineer responsible to provide high-quality support services and customer management both to customers and prospects. Post Sale Engineer are challenged with BI and DB analysis over cloud infrastructure (IaaS) along with advanced technologies at Cellular/HW/Automotive. As part of the main role you will require to be part of Pre-Sale activities with company’s potential customers and unique global projects, represent the customers internally to relevant departments (Sales, R&D, Product management, operation), Influence the product’s features and roadmap and act to improve world-wide colleague’s expertise.
Position requirements Must requirements: · Experience with networking protocols and solutions (UDP, TCP, Switching, Routing) · Experience with networking debugging methods and tools · Proven ability creating presentations and formal documents · Experience with CRM application · Experience supporting global customers · English – very good written and verbal capabilities · Able to tackle unexpected challenges · Self-learner, Autodidact · Willing to Travel up to 20% Advantage requirements : · Technical Electronic HW background · Familiarity with GSM/GPRS/GPS/Bluetooth · Experience in DB (SQL) · Experience with Cloud and Virtualization · Experience with Pre-Sale process (answering RFI/RFQ etc.) · Experience with Project Management · Other foreign languages · Foreign passport Educational Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer science or equivalent · Advanced professional certifications, such as: CCNA, SQL
