8+ years of experience as an HR Strategic leader in culturally diverse and international environments. At least 4-year experience leading HR professional team. Experience managing and developing cross-functional teams. Direct experience providing consultative HR support and guidance to HR teams and/or managers, including an international proven knowledge of different core HR Processes, such as performance, compensation, recruitment, etc.
Experience breaking down processes and identifying key pain points in order to deliver business improvements at local, regional and global levels.
Strong leadership and project management skills, range from conception to planning, implementation and evaluation of projects. Highly organized, with the ability to build and manage effective internal programs, processes and procedures. xcellence in establishing work priorities, providing action and accountability to meet deadlines. Ability to communicate and work collaboratively with people from many levels within the organization.
