What’s the job?
- managing the communication between Global Bank Transfer department and different departments within the company
- Handling and managing incoming emails from clients, customers and banks around the world
- Supporting other departments within Payoneer answering questions regarding bank transfers
- Updating within the company about Global Bank Transfer crisis’s, handling the needed action items and documenting the incidents
- Managing workload between team members, and monitoring day to day work.
Have you done this kind of stuff?
- 2+ years’ experience in customer orientation roles
- Degree graduated
- Team player
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Organize, expiration with working under pressure
- Mother tongue English
- Experience in the world of online payments
- Managerial experience
