WE are looking for Documentation Manager:
Responsible for product documentation, Online Help, Release documents, manuals and validation of customer-facing documents. In addition, the Documentation Manager will be in charge of building and maintaining a customer community, sharing information about new features and releases.
The position is part of the company's product team.
- One year experience as a technical writer or experience in training/system integration in organizations/IDF - required.
- One year experience in documentation/training department in Software/Web Company - Focus on writing user manuals, writing presentations or building learning software - a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with tools for writing ONLINE HELP.
- Technical Knowledge and orientation is necessary.
- English mother tongue
and Hebrew mother tongue - a must. Other languages such as French / Russian - an advantage.
- Document Translation from Hebrew to English and vice versa.
- Ability to work independently with a variety of factors in the company.
- Ability to manage product translation and work with external vendors.
- Ability to construct reports, working with BI systems, working with DB - an advantage.
- Academic / professional education in this field.
